Is there a cost for the consultation?
The 30-minute skin consultation is $50, paid when you book to secure your appointment.
Do I have to book a treatment?
No. The consultation is there to give you information. Many people take time to think it over, and some decide not to proceed.
Will this work for me?
Results vary between individuals and no outcome can be guaranteed. Non-surgical options have limits, particularly for more advanced laxity. We will be upfront about what is and is not realistic for you.
Are there risks and downtime?
All cosmetic procedures carry risks, which can include redness, swelling, bruising, burns, infection and changes in pigmentation. Recovery differs by treatment. Both are explained for your specific options before you decide.
What if I need to reschedule?
Please give at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a $100 fee, as set out in our booking policy.
Who are consultations for?
Adults aged 18 and over. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a medical condition, let us know when we call so we can advise before you come in.
